Job Description
Design user-centered flows and interfaces to optimize perceived value, reduce friction, and maximize conversion and revenue opportunities. Map and evolve journeys (onboarding, activation, purchase, expansion, and retention), identifying pain points and opportunities based on data and research. Prototype rapidly (low and high fidelity), running fast hypothesis → test → learn → iterate cycles with a focus on measurable impact. Apply behavioral psychology and persuasive design principles ethically (e.g., social proof, anchoring, loss aversion, and uncertainty reduction) to improve decision-making and funnel performance. Use AI tools to accelerate exploration of alternatives, generate layout and copy variations, support benchmark analysis, and organize experiment learnings. Define and track, together with the squad, success metrics (e.g., activation and conversion), ensuring instrumentation and interpretation of results. Conduct and support usability tests and quantitative and qualitative validations, turning insights into design decisions. Collaborate daily with PM, Engineering, Data, Product, and Marketing, translating business needs into clear, feasible, and testable experiences. Document the rationale for decisions, variations tested, and learnings, contributing to the knowledge repository and the team’s evolution.Requirements
