Job Description
- Lead stages of the UX/UI process independently, from discovery through handoff to development;
- Create intuitive flows, user journeys, and interfaces for digital products;
- Plan and conduct user research to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions;
- Analyze metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Create wireframes and medium- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
- Work with design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces;
- Document design solutions to facilitate implementation by the development team;
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders on product decisions;
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and to the quality of the team's deliverables.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI design for digital products;
- Portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your design process;
- Experience with prototyping, interaction flows, and using design systems;
- Familiarity with user research and product data analysis;
- Experience collaborating with product and development teams.
