Job Description

• Lead stages of the UX/UI process independently, from discovery through handoff to development;
• Create intuitive flows, user journeys, and interfaces for digital products;
• Plan and conduct user research to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions;
• Analyze metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Create wireframes and medium- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
• Work with design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces;
• Document design solutions to facilitate implementation by the development team;
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders on product decisions;
• Contribute to the evolution of design processes and to the quality of the team's deliverables.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with UX/UI design for digital products;
• Portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your design process;
• Experience with prototyping, interaction flows, and using design systems;
• Familiarity with user research and product data analysis;
• Experience collaborating with product and development teams.
