Job Description
You are responsible for the UX conception and the final UI design of key end-to-end flows in our B2C webshop. You develop user-centered, conversion-focused concepts and independently translate them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs. You independently initiate and lead shaping processes, clarifying goals, scope, and solution approaches, and create decision-readiness before implementation. You assume subject-matter responsibility for UX projects and are accountable for quality, decisions, and results. You work closely with stakeholders and development to ensure designs are implemented accurately and completely. You use tests, data, and user feedback to validate designs and improve them iteratively. You establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns that increase quality and speed in the long term.Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior UX or Product UX Designer with clear end-to-end responsibility for digital products, ideally in B2C, e-commerce, or webshop environments
- Proven experience driving UX projects independently from analysis through conception and testing to the final design
- Strong skills in producing final designs including interaction details, states, and edge cases
- Experience in the subject-matter leadership of cross-functional projects
- Confident use of UX methods such as testing, interviews, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management
- Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and shaping UX sustainably within the company
- Fluent German and English
