Job Description
- Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with support from the team;
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights;
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives;
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input;
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team;
- Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design;
- Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews;
- Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UX design or similar roles;
- Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing;
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs;
- Ability to engage with clients and address their needs;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
