Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine designs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
- Experience with motion graphics and micro-interactions
- Knowledge of front-end development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but helpful)
- Experience conducting A/B testing and user behavior analysis
- Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines
