Job Description

• Future-State Visioning: Define the visual and functional direction of the modernized solution, ensuring it meets contemporary usability standards.
• Design System Foundation: Establish and maintain a robust design system that will serve as the "source of truth" for the new platform’s UI/UX components.
• Prototyping & Validation: Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate the modernization vision to stakeholders.
• User-Centric Advocacy: Ensure that the transition from legacy systems results in a significant leap forward in user efficiency and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Advanced English
• Proven portfolio demonstrating experience in Product Design or UX Design, specifically for complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience building and scaling design systems (Figma preferred).
• Ability to synthesize complex business rules into simple, elegant user workflows.
