Job Description
Shape and redesign e-commerce retail experiences across web and mobile. Contribute to designing and transforming digital e-commerce stores. Craft seamless and engaging customer journeys from product pages to checkout. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to drive design and brand alignment across digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or retail projects.
- Deep understanding of online retail user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping platforms.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across marketing, engineering, and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting design solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processβresearch, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UIβwith measurable outcomes (conversion, engagement, etc.).
- Solid grasp of responsive and accessible design for e-commerce.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) or experience working with cross-sell, up-sell, and personalized merchandising solutions is a plus.
- Experience with retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations.
