Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong foundation in information architecture and interaction design
- Ability to translate user feedback and research into actionable insights for UX and Product teams
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Design inclusive and accessible experiences adhering to established standards and best practices
- Current knowledge of emerging technologies, interaction patterns, and customer expectations
- Experience mentoring and guiding less-experienced designers
