Job Description
- Design end-to-end AI-first experiences that monitor business health, provide proactive support, and guide restaurant operators
- Collaborate closely with PMs, Data Scientists, and Engineers to shape emerging experiences
- Create and manage evals for AI outputs to drive quality from a customer experience perspective
Requirements
- Product Design: design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered products
- Conversational design: develop and evaluate conversational flows across chat and voice interfaces
- Orchestration design: define how CSM agent coordinates with core agent and other 'specialist agents'
- Prototyping: fluency with AI-native prototyping tools such as Cursor, v0, Replit etc along with Figma
- Data-driven: define AI-specific success metrics and use conversation logs to drive design iteration
- Learning & growth: maintain understanding of AI infrastructure concepts
