Job Description
- Own end-to-end design for Pendulum's web app and other customer experiences
- Lead research initiatives, including user interviews and usability testing
- Design complex data visualization patterns
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers in agile sprints
- Define interaction models for advanced features
- Run design reviews and share research findings
Requirements
- 10+ years of product/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating SaaS or data-heavy products
- Expert-level proficiency in design
- Experience maintaining design systems
- Comfortable facilitating user interviews and usability tests
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Fluency working cross-functionally with engineers and PMs
