Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end design process: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation
- Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, perception tests, surveys)
- Translate data and learnings into actionable insights to inform product evolution
- Validate hypotheses through experimentation (A/B tests, prototypes, MVPs)
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior data (funnel, conversion, engagement) to support decision-making
- Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Ensure consistency and quality of the user experience
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and design processes
- Communicate design decisions clearly, in a structured and results-oriented manner
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Designer on digital products (preferably e-commerce or high-scale platforms)
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience with usability testing, perception testing, and solution validation
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting product data and metrics
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Ability to structure and validate product hypotheses
- Experience using AI tools applied to design and productivity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
