Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design the user experience for a central digital portal.
- Build and evolve a consistent, scalable design system.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Apply established UX methods and design principles to develop sustainable user experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes, particularly with Figma, to make concepts testable and tangible early on.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews and usability tests, including deriving concrete optimizations.
- Communicate UX concepts, design decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams and communicate UX concepts to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid practical experience applying common UX methods and design principles.
- Experience building and evolving design systems.
- Practical experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user interviews and usability tests.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes, preferably with Figma.
- Business-fluent German and strong English skills.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, self-directed way of working.
