Job Description
- Develop user scenarios and user flows based on Product Manager directives
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, adhering to our design system
- Specify visual details; document design decisions clearly in Azure DevOps (ADO) so developers can implement them precisely
- Collaborate closely with developers to define the scope of proposed changes and understand technical constraints
- Adapt solutions to ensure feasibility and technical excellence
- Work with testing teams to identify visual defects and propose solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the design system; extend, refine, and document new components as they evolve
- Analyze improvements proposed by the team and evaluate their relevance against the overall design strategy
- Support the sales team by creating visual concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of ideas to potential clients
- Occasionally participate in internal presentations or feedback sessions with Product Managers and team leaders
- Contribute to strategic design decisions for the team's products
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Proficiency in Figma β you must be able to design quickly, use components, prototype, and collaborate in real-time
- Solid understanding of web technologies β practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
- In-depth knowledge of accessibility best practices β you must understand and apply WCAG 2.1 (Level AA minimum) in your daily work
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into your work (automating repetitive tasks, increasing productivity, iterating prototypes)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or experience with Agile project management tools
- Bilingualism in French and English, professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
