Role Overview
- We are looking for a hybrid leader and mixed-methods practitioner.
- You will provide transparent line management while helping navigate a new financial landscape.
User Research Team
- Our team consists of over 30 contributors embedded in collectives.
- Led by Katherine Vaughan, our Director of User Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive positive customer outcomes across the Monzo experience.
- Influence Monzo's metrics and commercial outcomes.
- Identify research questions and choose suitable methods for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline leaders to answer critical questions.
- Communicate actionable insights to define strategies across the organization.
Qualifications
- Passionate about making money work for everyone.
- Experience in a product-led environment as a high-performing contributor.
- Interest in mentoring user researchers.
