Job Description
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets
- Execute within established design systems
- Interpret written briefs and develop polished designs
- Support rapid experimentation cycles
- Prepare and organize design files for handoff to developers
- Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate closely with strategists and engineers
- Contribute to and maintain component libraries
Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in UI/UX design, digital production design, or a similar executional design role
- Strong Figma proficiency
- A portfolio demonstrating production-quality work
- Experience with conversion-focused design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience designing email templates for ESPs
