Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and developers to align business goals with user needs
Advocate for users throughout the product development process
Continuously refine experiences based on user feedback and metrics
Translate regulations into user-friendly experiences and iterate based on feedback
Work on complex forms, data visualization, and designing for diverse user needs while meeting accessibility standards and security requirements
Embrace an AI-first approach — integrating AI into workflows, ideation, and output
Create best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
Map user flows, define information architecture, design wireframes and interfaces
Ensure the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product
Involve in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements
Review and improve current products with continuous optimisation through analytics tools

Strong portfolio of commercial projects
Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices
AI-First Mindset and Design Approach
Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out
Extreme attention to detail
Experience in UX Audits would be a plus
Experience with projects in the MENA region a big plus
