Job Description
- Produce user flow journeys identifying potential and current bottlenecks
- Present findings in aesthetic infographics using data visualization
- Produce customer mapping processes and solution documentation
- Share conceptual thinking and design ideas with the wider team
- Produce user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototype designs
- Conduct various kinds of design workshops with stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum of four yearsβ experience working in a consultancy environment
- Experience in delivering across both public and private sector organisations
- Strong understanding of the UX lifecycle, disciplines, and user-centred design (UCD) methods
- Experience or a solid understanding of Lean UX within an Agile environment
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to design clear, streamlined interfaces
- Knowledge of WCAG, A11Y Accessibility standards
- Experience in organizing and chairing UAT workshops
