- Participate in the full design process, from problem discovery to solution delivery
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and other teams to turn challenges into high-impact products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and within a squad routine
- Experience with continuous discovery (dual-track) and prioritization alongside Product Managers
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C products
- Familiarity with product metrics (OKRs, North Star, funnel, retention, conversion)
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices
- Experience contributing to Design Systems (documentation, governance, evolution of components)
