Job Description
- Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web, Windows, and mobile products
- Apply established UX patterns, design systems, and brand guidelines to design work
- Assist in translating product requirements and feedback into clear, usable design solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design team members during the development lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders
- Participate in user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving design system components and documentation
- Support accessibility, usability, and consistency across products
Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or closely related roles in a technology/software company
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills (please include a link to your online portfolio in your resume)
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Strong desire to learn and improve through feedback and mentorship
- User empathy and curiosity about customer needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
