Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the embedded analytics design system
- Establish user interaction models for complex analytics surfaces
- Partner with Product Management to establish a scalable user research practice
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design intent into solutions
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows
- Influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Mentor and coach other designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX design experience
- At least 3 years at a principal or senior-lead level
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and maintaining design systems
- Proven track record designing embedded analytics or data visualization experiences
- Hands-on experience partnering with engineering teams through all phases of design
- Proficiency with AI-powered design toolsets
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Figma
