Job Description

• Support the creation and evolution of interfaces for systems and digital products
• Develop wireframes, layouts, flows, and interactive prototypes
• Create visual components and support the evolution of the company’s Design System
• Participate in alignments with Product, Technology, Data, and business areas
• Support usability improvements and user experience enhancements
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure visual consistency and standardization of interfaces
• Support validation and refinement of new features
• Assist in the creation of presentations, visual materials, and strategic prototypes

Requirements

• Knowledge of Figma
• Familiarity with prototyping and interface design tools (Miro, Maze, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and layout composition
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ease working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Proactive, analytical, and creative profile
• Interest in technology, digital products, and user experience

Considered a plus

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Previous experience with SaaS products or enterprise systems
