Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, promotional pages, and microsites for marketing and product initiatives
• Adapt design solutions for different audiences, user segments, and markets
• Analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points in funnels, and propose improvements to increase conversion rates
• Conduct competitor research and explore best practices in web and product design
• Maintain and expand the UI Kit to ensure consistency across design solutions
• Deliver well-structured, developer-ready design files and prototypes
• Work on Junior–Middle level product design tasks, including UI improvements, small features, and user experience enhancements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to achieve business and product goals

It’s all about you

• 2+ years of UX/UI Design experience working on landing pages, websites, email templates, or web products
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for productivity enhancement, visual creation, and design workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, and basic user research methods
• Knowledge of UI principles and experience working with scalable design systems
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge with an understanding of technical limitations in web development
• Experience creating and editing visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and images
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level for effective communication and collaboration

• Experience working in product teams or startups
• Understanding of marketing metrics and conversion optimization principles
• Experience creating animations and microinteractions to enhance user engagement
