We are on the hunt for an exceptional UX Designer/Researcher to join PromptVibes. In this crucial role, you will lead the UX design and research efforts for our AI-driven writing tool, shaping it from concept to launch. As a foundational team member, you will have a significant impact on the user experience and directly influence our product's strategic direction.
What You'll Do:
- Spearhead the UX/UI design for our core products, creating interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing.
- Conduct comprehensive user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges, and use these insights that inform the design process and product decisions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented and meet technical requirements.
- Analyze the User Journey and compile a list of improvements to make iterative improvements to the user experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Actively contribute to the product vision and support the company's growth through strategic design leadership.

About You:
- Extensive experience in user research, conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Extensive experience in UX design and with a portfolio that highlights your skills
- Nice to have: Experience in designing for Chrome extensions, AI writing tools, or similar digital products is highly valued.
- A track record of successfully leading product design and research from initial concept to market-ready product.
- Profound knowledge of user-centered design principles and a solid background in applying user research to product development.
- Implementing feedback mechanisms to capture users' responses and reactions to the product
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a capacity to clearly communicate design choices and adapt based on team feedback.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset, proactive in innovating and improving product design.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of UX design. Continuously learning and applying new methods to improve the product and the processes used by the team.
