Job Description

Description:

  •  Lead UX design and prototyping efforts to create user-centered designs that enhance the user experience.
  •  Develop and maintain comprehensive user flow mappings using UX design methodologies, such as JTBD.
  •  Design interfaces & build prototypes in Figma.
  •  Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  •  Collaborate closely with product managers, internal designers, and other stakeholders to understand and address user needs and business goals.
  •  Work on data-intensive products, leveraging data to drive design improvements.
  •  Support UI design efforts, ensuring a seamless integration of UX and UI.

Requirements:

  •  Proven UX design and prototyping expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  •  At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with significant experience in scaleups or startups.
  •  Proficiency in user flow mapping and applying UX design methodologies, such as JTBD.
  •  Extensive experience in Figma: designing, building prototypes, etc.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  •  No specific education requirements; we value experience and skills over formal education.
