Description:
- Designing intuitive UX structure and flow
- Rapidly iterating using customer journey mapping
- Planning and conducting ongoing user research
- Initiating and driving customer discovery sessions
- Overseeing and reviewing architecture-focused deliverables
- Owning UX processes
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure design experiments are measurable
- Delivering work on-time and aligned to the roadmap
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in UX with digital design or information architecture experience
- Deep experience building global web experiences for mobile, desktop, and tablet
- Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing
- Ability to define and drive the process as the sole UX architect on a team
- Stellar portfolio demonstrating technical skills & creative thinking
- Up-to-date with current standards for accessibility and best practices for SEO
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Understanding of blockchain, crypto, and finance
