Want to be a voice of our customers? As a UX Designer you'll utilize your expertise, working closely with products, game teams as well as platforms to create smooth, frictionless user experiences matching design conventions and targeting audience requirements.
Using your knowledge you'll enhance the teamโs understanding of UX and user-centric design. You'll collaborate closely with data analysts, visual design and user research to gather and understand raw data in order to make informed design decisions that meet user needs. In addition to this you'll maintain and optimize user flows on products, websites, internal tools, new software, and feature sets.
What you'll be doing:
- Work as part of a team supporting live and emerging products, platform, or game development
- Successfully apply data, user research and analysis to the product, platform, or game
- Identify target audience needs and requirements and map out their journey
- Define and follow design processes resulting in easy-to-use, scalable interfaces and experiences
- Create prototypes and wireframes to deliver intuitive, efficient, and frictionless user flows
- Operationalize feedback and iteration cycles within product development
- Create and drive accessibility standards on a product, platform, or game
- Partner with art, design, and engineering to successfully implement UX designs
- Perform competitive analysis of other products in the same space
- Apply testing best practices to ensure robust decision making and challenge assumptions
- Produce documentation as required to clearly communicate research, data, feedback,frameworks, or processes
- Constantly look for new opportunities to improve customer experiences
What we're looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of interaction design and graphic design fundamentals
- Expert proficiency in craft software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq, InDesign, Figma)
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centric design
- Previous experience of numerous full cycle product development (including prototype and pre-production)
- Understanding of UI system design and information architecture
- Fluency with using analytics, user testing & research to inform creative processes and decision making (quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, biometrics, user questionnaires etc.)
- Professional competency in UX technologies, theories, architecture, and development techniques
- Able to collaborate closely with engineers in support of implementing designs in a robust and standards-compliant way
