Responsibilities
- Designing the Binance Earn web and app experiences with the aim of providing the best investing experience for users.
- Demonstrating outstanding visual expression skills, mastering various design styles, illustration techniques, and product capabilities.
- Staying informed about the current state of digital finance, actively identifying user experience issues, and continuously improving the experience through data analysis.
- Focusing on building user-friendly products with low barriers to entry in the market.
- Conducting regular market research and UX/UI reviews to elevate the product experience to the next level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in UX/UI and product design.
- Comfortability navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to advocate for your designs.
- Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
