Responsibilities

• Designing the Binance Earn web and app experiences with the aim of providing the best investing experience for users.
• Demonstrating outstanding visual expression skills, mastering various design styles, illustration techniques, and product capabilities.
• Staying informed about the current state of digital finance, actively identifying user experience issues, and continuously improving the experience through data analysis.
• Focusing on building user-friendly products with low barriers to entry in the market.
• Conducting regular market research and UX/UI reviews to elevate the product experience to the next level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design.
• A portfolio showcasing your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in UX/UI and product design.
• Comfortability navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to advocate for your designs.
• Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
