We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive and scalable solutions for mailing physical goods.

In this role, you will

• Create ownership of projects from product research to final mocks and development.
• Assist the Product team in user research, propose user flows, and create final mocks.
• Work cross-functionally to build UX strategies and designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes integrating feedback.
• Provide recommendations for the long-term vision of products.
• Design new components for EasyPost’s Easy.UI Design System.
• Perform user research and execute research plans.
• Collaborate with UX designers for consistency across offerings.
• Educate product teams in user-centered design principles.
• Prepare final mocks for engineering handoff and collaborate with developers.

You will need

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• 5-7 years of experience designing and delivering digital products.
• Online portfolio highlighting strong understanding and experience with an AGILE design process/working environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages.
• Collaboration mindset with a focus on receiving and giving feedback on ideas and designs cross-functionally.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to be self-directed.
• Understanding of business strategy and how user experience fits into the larger picture.
• Ability to break long-term design visions down into iterative improvements.
• Skills in interaction and visual design creating modern products.
• Experience with user research and analyzing user feedback.
• Strong/reliable internet connection and experience working with industry standard design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucid Chart, etc.
