In this role, you will

• Lead the design process for new and existing products, from inception to launch.
• Drive end-to-end workflows and create impactful solutions that address customer problems.
• Craft user-centered designs by understanding business objectives, user feedback, and conducting usability studies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on and develop new features and products.
• Be a creative problem-solver, exploring innovative solutions to address user needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies.

You will need

• Expert understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows, common design patterns, and trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey design rationale, tell compelling stories, and coach teammates.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a demonstrated design process in your portfolio.
• Familiarity with qualitative user research and data collection techniques.
• Experience with Pendo and Condens is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
