We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from research and concept through to final hand-off.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine the UX vision.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups.
- Design end-to-end customer experiences that are cohesive and intuitive.
- Establish UX best practices and contribute to building design systems.
- Utilize data-driven insights to iterate on designs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Lead by example in the application of Design Thinking methodology.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
