In this role, you will
- Share your UX knowledge and experience with the design team.
- Collaborate with the presales team to identify business and user needs.
- Lead discovery phases to uncover users' needs and business goals.
- Conduct UX audits, user research, and competitor analysis.
- Help clients understand the value of UX by presenting research insights.
- Conduct end-to-end design translating insights into high-fidelity designs.
You will need
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in UX design and user research.
- A portfolio showcasing a strong user-centered approach.
- Enjoy coaching other designers and sharing best practices.
- Bridge the gap between business and user needs.
- Confidence in articulating the value of UX to clients in English and Russian.
- Skilled in leading discovery workshops and conducting user research.
- Advanced Figma and FigJam proficiency.
- Attention to detail in design.
