In this role, you will
- Help refine our visual design strategy and contribute to internal design systems.
- Design mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Research developer problems by organizing user interviews and reviewing customer feedback.
- Define ways to improve design processes including template optimization and tools for richer user experiences.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong product design background.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing design proficiency from concept to completion.
- Understanding of interaction design patterns, strong typography skills, and knowledge of accessibility practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, InVision, and Sketch, along with basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
