In this role, you will
- Design software experience for cancer doctors
- Craft and deliver cross-platform user experiences
- Define product user flow, design system & language, core UI elements
- Mentor junior designers
You will need
- Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of product design, interaction design, UX design and/or UI design experience
- 1+ years in a senior product design role
- Experience with the design of complex systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to inspire and get people on-board
- Ability to lead design within cross-functional teams
- Ability to support design culture within an organization
