In this role, you will
- Drive Strategic Product Insights - Develop a deep understanding of our patients, identifying their needs, pain points, and opportunities that help shape our opportunities and solutions throughout the design process.
- Collaborate Closely with Product Design - Partner closely with designers to provide actionable insights, inform the development of new products and features, validate concepts, and conduct usability testing.
- Represent the Patient in Design Decisions - Ensure patient perspectives are considered in design discussions, contributing to both product strategies and day-to-day design operations.
- Establish and Scale Research Within Our Design Organization - As the first UXR hire dedicated to product design, establish impactful research practices and foster a culture that balances speed and thoroughness.
- Orient Towards Action - Deliver research that drives actionable insights enabling swift improvements in patient experiences.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in UX research with at least 5+ years in digital product settings, preferably in Digital Health or DTC.
- Expertise in qualitative research methods and some comfort with quantitative analysis.
- Experience working collaboratively with PMs and designers to incorporate research findings into product development.
- Strong communication skills to articulate insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strategic alignment to business goals.
- Self-starter mentality capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Figma or similar tools for effective collaboration with design teams.
