In this role, you will
- Scope and conduct mixed-method research projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Select appropriate research methodologies for various product phases.
- Advocate for the needs and experiences of both pros and customers.
You will need
- BA/BS degree and 5+ years of applied research experience.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Experience with usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
- Basic statistical analysis skills with software like R or SPSS.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
