In this role, you will
- Oversee all design aspects for our product and brand surfaces.
- Build a cohesive design vision and establish effective design systems and processes.
- Mentor a talented team of designers and provide hands-on design contributions.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop user-centered solutions.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience in a 0-1 environment with a proven track record in leading design teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX principles.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
