In this role, you will
- Define design strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences for complex digital solutions.
- Lead the design process for digital solutions tailored to government clients.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
You will need
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a federal consulting or government environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 compliance guidelines.
- Ability to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
