In this role, you will
- Lead the design team in creating user-centered solutions.
- Develop a scalable design system that enhances usability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
You will need
- 10+ years of experience in user experience design, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience designing for SaaS platforms in enterprise environments.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and designing inclusive experiences.
