In this role, you will
- Partner closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers.
- Create high-quality UI/UX deliverables and design of digital products.
- Collaborate with Data Sciences and User Researchers.
- Use storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design ideas.
- Apply Design Thinking to solve problems and improve user experiences.
- Create assets including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Advocate for design systems to ensure a consistent user experience.
You will need
- 3-5 years of experience designing digital products in an agile environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficient with design tools like Figma.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- An active EIN and availability to work PST hours.
