In this role, you will
- Lead the design efforts for enterprise-grade tooling.
- Collaborate with Internal GTM teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Focus on understanding customer needs and solving their problems.
- Facilitate team growth and psychological safety.
You will need
- Extensive GTM knowledge and experience in high complexity environments.
- Experience leading teams of managers and individual contributors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to engage in occasional evening meetings.
