In this role, you will
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary UX initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies, prioritize features, and execute solutions.
- Prototype features with user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs.
- Use usability testing to identify effective solutions.
- Coach and develop the UX proficiency of the team.
- Cultivate a respectful and engaging team culture.
You will need
- At least 5 years of experience in a UX team within a cross-functional environment.
- Experience designing for web apps in marketplace companies.
- Strong communication skills and advocacy for design thinking.
- A portfolio showcasing your design decision-making and experience.
- T-shaped UX design skills with strength in at least one area.
- Ability to work with Product Managers and engineering leads.
