In this role, you will
- Own end-to-end research projects, including planning, recruiting, execution, analysis, presentation, and knowledge management.
- Synthesize findings and use compelling narratives to communicate digestible and actionable insights.
- Influence and support the formation of product roadmaps and solution designs that are usable and useful.
- Evolve and elevate research capabilities by empowering non-researchers with toolkits and training.
- Help grow the Research function at Webflow as the Insights team evolves.
You will need
- Demonstrated skills for collaborating with Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Product/Design/User Research in cloud-based technology.
- Strong oral and written English skills.
- Experience with mixed methods approaches and common Research methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
