  • Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, translate insights to influence both short and long-term product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings in ways accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys.
  • Work closely with XFN partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.
  • Demonstrate excellent statistical and scientific judgement, producing rigorous results in a fast-paced environment, and setting a high technical standard.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
  • Experience in programming languages commonly used for data manipulation and computational statistics, and with SQL.
  • Experience with product research in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or Ph.D. and 7+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of probability and statistics, including causal inference.
  • Expertise in mobile app design & development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
