- Work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to execute the vision for GoodLeap's product portfolio.
- Conduct research and analyze data to deepen understanding of customers and end-users.
- Foster growth within the design team and encourage a collaborative environment.
- Champion design across the organization, advocating for user-centered thinking.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Extensive experience in UX design with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in design processes, methods, and tools.
- Experience defining metrics and leveraging insights for design decisions.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility for visually engaging designs.
- Bias toward experimentation and mentoring others in design approaches.
- Practical understanding of user research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
