Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineers to uncover high-impact problems and translate them into user-first product designs.
- Acting as a product thought partner, helping prioritize initiatives and shaping the roadmap with customer value in mind.
- Running fast-paced discovery sprints with direct user testing and feedback.
- Driving end-to-end design processes: from user research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- Ensuring product consistency by contributing to and challenging the design system where needed.
- Collaborating with the broader design team to ensure cohesion across the platform.
- Owning your design decisions and staying adaptable in a dynamic, feedback-driven environment.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Are proficient in Figma, FigJam (or Miro), and Hotjar, and enjoy turning data and feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Enjoy working in small, agile teams with high autonomy.
- Love owning the entire design process — from research and discovery to final polish.
- Feel comfortable speaking with users directly and iterating based on their feedback.
- Are flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities or new insights.
- Combine strong visual design skills with a sharp focus on usability.
- Are confident communicating design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments with weekly progress cycles and real impact.
