Role
- Responsible for the entire design lifecycle from concept to polished interface.
- Develop and champion the strategic vision for customer experience in the UK.
- Shape new credit products and maintain the reusable Design System.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve user pain points and meet business goals.
- Design interactive tools such as a loan calculator.
- Use data from web analytics and A/B testing to iterate on designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with support from Product Team.
- Establish user feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative data.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in product design focused on conversion and commercial goals.
- Customer-first, data-driven design approach balancing business needs with user empathy.
- Experience planning and conducting moderated and unmoderated user research.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with strong prototyping skills.
- Experience using product management and analytics data/tools to drive design decisions.
- Understanding of A/B testing, conversion metrics, and user behavior.
- Ability to work autonomously and complete projects.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust style depending on audience.
