Responsibilities

• Redefine the Keboola experience by leading design vision across the platform to ensure it feels powerful, seamless, and human.
• Make AI part of design DNA using AI tools to accelerate design, research, and prototyping and embed AI into the product.
• Own and establish design frameworks, systems, interaction models, and CX frameworks that differentiate the product in the market.
• Lead by doing with hands-on design alongside the team.
• Develop a high-impact design team by mentoring and setting standards on craft, collaboration, and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams ensuring design is embedded in every decision and launch.

Requirements

• Senior product design leader with experience leading design at SaaS or B2B platforms, especially in complex, technical, or data-driven environments.
• AI-native designer with experience applying AI to design workflows and product experiences.
• Proven track record of transforming products from functional but complex to delightful and intuitive experiences, reshaping customer experience end-to-end.
• Data-driven product thinker using research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Pragmatic doer balancing frameworks with speed and vision with delivery; passionate about craft and shipping quality work.
• Team builder and mentor who has grown designers into stronger contributors and leaders.
