Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications (staking widgets)
• Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability
• Optimize the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input
• Maintain and evolve the companys design system to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies
• Drive all design process phases from research and ideation to design and testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B products, fintech or blockchain environment preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in complex tech environments
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma; experience with prototyping and collaboration tools like Principle or Miro is also a plus
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems
• Solid understanding of Web3 principles, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively
• Ability to work with complex user experience challenges in a new and emerging space
• Ability to work with uncertainty and fast-changing environment
• Self-motivation with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
