Profile Overview

  • As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, owning the end-to-end design process and influencing both product direction and design culture.
  • This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll make complex technical concepts intuitive, help scale our design systems, and champion the user experience across our growing team.
  • You’ll have true ownership β€” we’re small, lean, and serious about giving designers a seat at the table.
  • You’ll be designing the future of a product with deep technical roots and big ambitions.
  • You’ll report directly to the Director of Product, who values research, creativity, and craft β€” and sees you as a partner, not a service.
  • This is a unique opportunity to define design foundations from the ground up while working on a technically ambitious product with a lean, highly collaborative team.

Your Immediate Impact in the First 3-6 Months Will Be

  • Join forces to continue building our design system to support consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Build strong collaboration rituals with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design: from research and discovery through prototypes, final designs, and hand-offs.
  • Turn ambiguity into clarity by synthesizing user research, product data, and stakeholder input into intuitive solutions.
  • Champion the user by planning and running usability tests, workshops, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering as a co-pilot, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Shape our design culture by scaling best practices, processes, and systems as the company grows.

What You bring to the table

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical products.
  • Strong UX and UI skills: ability to make complex technical workflows approachable and clear.
  • Research and facilitation expertise: skilled at running interviews, usability tests, and workshops.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy: you’re self-driven and thrive in fast-paced, async-friendly environments.
  • Data literacy: experience working with analytics and user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Bonus: familiarity with SEO or AI-driven products.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way β€” with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
