Profile Overview
- As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, owning the end-to-end design process and influencing both product direction and design culture.
- This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll make complex technical concepts intuitive, help scale our design systems, and champion the user experience across our growing team.

- You’ll report directly to the Director of Product, who values research, creativity, and craft — and sees you as a partner, not a service.
- This is a unique opportunity to define design foundations from the ground up while working on a technically ambitious product with a lean, highly collaborative team.
Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be
- Deliver end-to-end designs for key roadmap initiatives, from discovery and wireframes to polished UI and design specs.
- Run usability tests and join discovery interviews that surface actionable insights for shaping Prerender 2.0.
- Join forces to continue building our design system to support consistency and scalability across the product.
- Build strong collaboration rituals with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design: from research and discovery through prototypes, final designs, and hand-offs.
- Turn ambiguity into clarity by synthesizing user research, product data, and stakeholder input into intuitive solutions.
- Champion the user by planning and running usability tests, workshops, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Product and Engineering as a co-pilot, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
- Shape our design culture by scaling best practices, processes, and systems as the company grows.
What You bring to the table
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical products.
- Strong UX and UI skills: ability to make complex technical workflows approachable and clear.
- Research and facilitation expertise: skilled at running interviews, usability tests, and workshops.
- Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy: you’re self-driven and thrive in fast-paced, async-friendly environments.
- Data literacy: experience working with analytics and user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Bonus: familiarity with SEO or AI-driven products.
