Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch within a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery.
- Create user-centered designs across web and mobile products.
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient time management.
- Participate in branding initiatives, workshops, and client meetings.
- Mentor junior designers when required.
Requirements
- 7 2010 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or project lead role.
- Proven experience designing digital products for agencies or startups (experience with Silicon Valley clients is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with front-end development and design systems (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- English level: C1 (advanced) for written and verbal communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise and product thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
About the Position
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST Time Zone).
